とてもキレイに清掃されていて、快適に過ごすことができました。トイレが洗浄暖房便座で嬉しかったです。寒い屋外から戻った後の使用時、暖かくてほっこりしました。 朝食もたくさん食べちゃいました。深川めし美味しかったです。食後のコーヒーを部屋に持ち帰って飲めたのも良かったです。 大変お世話になりました。またホテル探しをする時があれば、東横インさんをまず一番に探したいと思います!

スタッフの対応も丁寧で、お部屋自体は清潔でした。が、チェックインをして入室後、洗面所に入った際、床や洗面台の端に髪の毛が落ちていたりと少々掃除の甘さが目立ちました。 あとトイレの水自体は流れるのですが、勢いの割に水圧に問題があるのか、一度流しただけでは必ずペーパーだけが残っていました。 洗面所周りは色々と不満が残りました。 それ以外は部屋の設備に特に不満はなく、ホテル周りも飲食店やコンビニなども多く、駅からも近いので移動も楽でした。 二泊しましたが、この値段であれば概ね満足です。

蒲田で、帰国後、癒やされた。

京急蒲田から徒歩で 10 分程度です。海外からの帰国時で、飛行機の便がかなり遅れ、京急線の最終便にようやく乗ることができて、京急蒲田に到着。事前にホテルへ到着遅れを伝えています。蒲田に到着した時も電話しました。電話のやりとりも、大変、丁寧で心配りを感じ取りました。部屋はすでに冷房により涼しくなっており、大変、助かりました。ゆっくり爆睡。
