It provides a free shuttle from/to the Shinagawa Station (like every 10-15 min) and basic breakfast from 6:30 to 9:00. The Walkable neighborhood (well, I guess most of Japan is pretty walkable) is near a monorail station, 7-11, a grocery market, and restaurants. The bathroom is small, and the room doesn't offer anything special but is well-maintained and clean.

Bad wifi - not for business travelers

Like Apa hotel but they offer moisturizer which is super nice. They wifi got really bad, 0.2 Mbps. I had to use my traveler sim as hotspot and use mobile data for working. At the best wifi speedwas 2-4 Mbps.
