The stay was great, very clean and convenient. Walkable to Shinjuku area and train. Bed and room were a little smaller than expected, but that’s probably normal for other accommodations in the area.

Stayed for 4 days. A good choice but some drawbacks Pro: excellent service and comfortable (but small) room Con: if walking, close to Shinjuku Station and all the shopping. But with luggage, it can be more difficult. Will be charged 1000 yen for each hour you stay past checkout time. Had to pay extra since their washing machine did not dry well (another drawback). Also, room did not have enough heat to be truly comfortable. A good choice overall - not excellent due to the overcharge.

Excellent location, very close to the heart of shopping and nightlife district. Easy to commute to and from hotel via subway / train network. Clean room and courteous staff. They have amenities (i.e. tea, coffee, creams, toothbrush, shaving kit, towels, creamer, etc.) stacked in lobby which you can take as needed. The only downside is that rooms are small, no closets or space to keep luggage, but believe it is a norm in hotels in Tokyo.

Hotel in convenient location, room and bathroom size of shoe box, very claustophobic, but clean. The room was overheating without possibility to lower temperatures, that was awful. Breakfast Japanese style, well prepared. Close to train and metro station but enough distance from noise in Shinjuku night clubs.
