·BBQ is permitted until 10:00 PM.
·Please keep noise to a minimum between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM as the property is located in a residential area.
·If excessive noise is confirmed, we may ask you to end your stay without refund.
·The building entrance is accessible by stairs only.
·Please restore the BBQ area to its original condition after use.
·Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dirt or damage occurs.
