Staff are super friendly and helpful. They are young, energetic and responsive to every customers. I m a solo traveller and have stay 4nights there. Room is relatively big when comparing same level hotels and got all I need. Transport JR, railways are in walkable distance. Stores next to hotel open 24/7. Super convenient and safe , it is good for budget trip and solo travellers!

Perfectly located, very clean, helpful and friendly service, rooms are bigger than a lot in the area, have a bar/resto on premises, DJ booth and activities. Great coffee and tea in the room. We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks so much WPU :)

We loved this hotel! The rooms are not large, but they are so well-designed and functional that we preferred it to larger, “fancier” rooms we’ve booked in other cities! The beds and pillows were comfortable. We are used to sleeping in a king-size bed, so we booked twins and put them together. The location is fantastic — short walk to subway and local attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and housekeeping did a great job of cleaning our room and replenishing towels and amenities. Loved the access to a large fully functioning kitchen so we could easily whip up a meal instead of always eating out. Free coffee, tea, juice and pastries in the morning, including vegan-friendly buns! Plus drip espresso and water in the room. Communication prior to the trip was exceptional - fast and responsive. While checking in they provided us a prepared list of recommendations for vegan restaurants, as I’d shared prior to our trip that this would be helpful. Thanks for making our stay in Tokyo so comfy!

The stay was very good.

I was on the 4th floor and the wifi was a bit slow and unstable. The dryer wasn't drying properly. This was my 2nd time, and I will surely come back again. Best hotel for low budget and single traveler.

Great staff and location, but could be cleaner

Excellent, friendly, mostly English-fluent staff provided excellent service. Room is standard— comfortable and clean. No frills. Kind of a bad smell in the hallways. Detectable in the room for a few seconds before you get used to it. Location of hotel is great, unless you are intimidated by Shinjuku neighborhood or train station, both of which are super crazy and hard to navigate. Hotel has a fun vibe and lots of young people.

Great location! Small room, bathroom had a step to climb up to and the water controls were strange. The AC was not working well unfortunately and you can’t program the temperature to below 20C which was very hot for us (even 20C was not working), it was very hot to deal with in the Tokyo summer heat.
