I stayed here for 13 nights as a solo traveller and it was the perfect base for my trip. The location was perfect for me, only a short walk to Shinjuku Station, which made it easy to head out, explore different parts of Tokyo, come back to rest, then go out again. The area has everything close by was really convenient. Rooms were comfortable, staff were helpful, and overall it made my stay in Tokyo smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, awesome staff(all speak english), great location. Familymart behind and along the main road beside. AC was kinda weak. Maybe becz heater goes on during this season. But all good. Breakfast was a plus.

This was the best place to stay when it's your first time in Shinjuku in the middle of everything. The staff was always friendly and helpful, it was also very clean. Will stay there again!

Modern hotel with a nice lobby and a bar with craft beers. The room was small but had everything I needed. Free cold and hot drinks and pastries served for breakfast. I loved their selection of teas. Location in the centre of lively Shinjuku area. Plenty of restaurants, shops and bars nearby. Good transport links (although Shinjuku station is super busy)

Everything about this hotel is just fabulous. Clean and comfortable room. Good bed and fabulous toilet and shower facilities. Towels changed daily and supplied with free bottled water daily and coffee sachets. The staff went above their duty to keep me happy and fully supported

I was checked-in by Saku-san who was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and cozy, perfect for solo travellers. The rooms are fairly quiet and you have full control of the temperature. You may have to leave your room for coffee and amenities so if you’re an anti-social gremlin, maybe go to the Fairmont or something. However, I would highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel had a great location - close to Shinjuku station, shopping, and plenty of restaurants. The room was small but clean. Bed was a bit hard and bathroom was quite small but was everything we needed. Staff were helpful and nice. Our room was right above their "concert" area so you could hear singing but it was quieted down before 10pm so was quiet to sleep. Breakfast included was limited but nice to have.

The staff were nice. The room was exceptional small. The outside escalator needed to be turn on by the staff in order to go different ditrections to get in and out of the building, which is very inconvenient to pepole that are handicapped.
