As a female solo traveler, this place made me feel safe. The building itself requires a passcode to get in and the area is quiet and residential. Communication between host went smoothly and quickly. The room was perfect! The hotel was exactly what I wanted for my trip to Japan. The owner was very communicative, sent a lot of info on how to check in, navigate the area, and overall really nice and helpful. The facility is very well kept and has a lot of amenities. Check-in and communication were good. Easy to reach someone. The listing was not as pictured though, it was my first time looking into an apartment/hotel. And I knew with the price of the place that it might be smaller. But the photos pictured and the actual place are so off. It was just me, I had a large luggage and my two small bags with me. There is literally no space for anything and the lighting in the room is almost non-existent.

The room was really small for a couple especially with 2 checked-in luggage and 2 carry on luggage however we were able to manage it. The price is worth the stay and budget friendly. It’s a residential area in Shinjuku, 5mins walk to train station. I like the place coz there is a washing machine inside the room, unlike other accommodation that you need to wait.
