Check-in wasn’t great. It’s only two stories so no elevator and no direction how to get to your room. Long hallway to even get to the stairs. By the time I found the room the key didn’t work. So we got a diff room. Got inside it and it was 2 double beds not a king that I reserved. Finally we were given a room on the bottom floor. The lady at the desk was apologetic but not sure why we had such trouble. Breakfast was ok. Not a lot to choose from. Sunday we didn’t get to breakfast until 9 and almost everything was gone. (No more Waffles, coffee, apple juice was water, eggs, gravy) The fruit loops were stale. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

You get what you pay for. The room had minor repairs that were poorly done. I did not appreciate the hidden " ddposit" of $60. After already buying the room on the hotels. Com app. Feels like a dishonest way to run a business. Anda scam

Absolutely appalling me and my wife rented a room for one night off of hotels.com we show up and I have to pay a security deposit that was not mentioned they said I'd get it back within 5 days it's been over 5 days I still have not received my security deposit back. Now let's get to the room The sheets were stained there were cockroaches in there and me and my wife barely got any sleep because people kept trying to get into our room I will not be returning there ever again.

The staff was rude, the manger wasn’t even present for me to talk too about the fact that my friends we stayed with found bedbugs and she tried to go complain. I asked for a refund and was told the manager wasn’t in, so we checked out early and left a complaint.

I arrived at 10:00 PM and was warmly welcomed, and quickly checked in. The room was conveniently located a short walk from the front desk, and close to the pool and vending machines. On entering, the room smelled and looked very clean, and the bed was turned down and waiting. Most of the lamps in the room were controlled by a single switch near the door, which I liked very much. The microwave and refrigerator were spotless, and the frig was running and quite cold. I had noticed on arrival that the parking lot was very well-lit, and I was able to park near the side door. I should add that there were a lot of entry doors, so it seemed that no matter where your room was located, it was close to a secure outside door. My search for electrical outlets was rewarded when I found USB and 110v. receptacles on the bedside table. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I fell asleep immediately. In the AM I tried the TV, which worked as expected, with a wide selection of channels. The shower was hot, and the blow drier convenient. The small desk was perfect for the paperwork I had brought with me, and the pneumatic office chair was a pleasant surprise. I didn't try the breakfast, but I can say that the serving area was spotless. A visit to the pool and spa, which conveniently opened an hour before checkout time, revealed a well-maintained and appointed facility. Even the sauna was clean and fully operational. Overall, this was a tremendous value for the price.
