Very dirty

Front desk very polite. Upon entering our room we noticed quickly that it was very dirty and definitely in need of a deep cleaning. Tons of soap scum in jetted tub, dirt and hair all over the floor and tables. Picked up the phone to call the front desk and was thoroughly sick by the hair & food debris on the phone. The front desk said no other rooms were available so our night away was cancelled. Stayed here multiple times over the years but definitely never again.

The property was in poor condition the first room I had had mold on the night stand and was missing most of the grout from the bathroom tiles, the walls were not clean and the floor looked like it wasn't vacuumed.The second room they gave me was better but still not real clean.

The in room jacuzzi and rainfall shower was a happy surprise. I slept well on the pillow top mattress. The gym could use a little work but I would stay there again!

breakfast was nice, but pretty crowded in the food area. There is no way our carpet was vacuumed before we got to the room, so i went to get a vacuum and did it, which is not really fair. The desk clerk was nice and apologized.

We have stayed here numerous times over the past few years. The desk people are always so kind! The building is clean. Some of the areas are worn but it is fine. They breakfast is good. Great area with lots of shopping and restaurants!

Excellent value! Well equipped, nice sized room. Delightful staff. Comfortable king bed with plenty of quality pillows. Guest towels are fluffy and big. Lighting in the room is quite subdued - some might find it a little dark, but overall, a terrific room at a very reasonable price.

Needs updating

This is an older hotel that has not been updated in some time. There was a sign in the hotel lobby stating that it will be updated in 2026. For now, it shows its age, and is not very appealing.
