We booked 2 rooms and both were very clean and spacious. They both were wonderful and the price could not be beat. This is our second year booking and would stay again. The front desk associate Mark(c) is the best knowledgeable and helpful with anything needed. He needs a raise!!

First, the room we booked said it had a sleeper sofa - it did not. It had a small chair. There was no hotel lock on the door-it had been broken off. there was a rolled up paper stuck in the peep hole. The layout of the room was awful and the tv was so far from the tv you could barely see it. there was no light over the desk and the tv/desk area was so dark-even with the bedside lights on. The final straw was going in the bathroom and there was no toilet paper on the roll - and no toilet paper in the room at all. If you didn't add toilet paper - you sure didn't change sheets and make sure it was clean. Update your pictures because your rooms are not as nice as the pictures and very misleading. DO BETTER!

Staff was friendly. Room has mold in shower and above jacuzzi. Food or blood splattered on wall. Tiles in bathroom were cracked and lifted which could lead to injury. Breakfast was ok, eggs and a meat, waffle maker, yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Hopefully the new owners improve everything in the next couple months.

Enjoyable Birthday Getaway!

Breakfast was pretty good. Had a good variety of options. Hotel room looked like it needed some updates. The toilet had a problem. Woke my husband up at 4 am running and dripping real loud. Water in Shower and Jacuzzi was very warm. We really enjoyed that. Real nice soft towels. Bed was very comfortable. Using Hotels.com was very easy to use.

Room was kinda clean.. outdated. The lighting was extremely dark. Many restraints around .. extremely small parking lot. The fire alarm went off at 3 am… not going to be my next stay.. I’m in Rossford a lot.

Do better!

Neither the toilet nor the tub were clean. There was poop on the toilet seat and when i filled the tub with water, there was soap scum, hair, dead skin, and questionable substances covering the surface of the water. I found food under the chair next to the bed. On the plus side, the room was quiet.

We got there and there was no one at the desk to check us in. I actually had to stand at the desk and call out, “Is anybody here”? We got our luggage and figured we needed a key to get in the building through the parking lot entrance. It was just open and did not lock. We went to our room which was clean but old and worn. When I tried the WIFI a message came on my phone saying it might be a malicious site and I shouldn’t use it. Also within the 1st few minutes of being in the room we had to call the office for the toilet to flush. Considering all and all, I think I’d probably take a closer look at the other hotels which were across the street.
