The hotel was ok. Our room was a bit dark and could have benefited from another lamp on table near the refrigerator. When the hair dryer was turned on smoke came out of it. The lady at the front desk found a new one very quickly. Unfortunately we left a rain jacket in the closet in the room. We called the hotel when we got home and the person confirmed that they had it. They suggested that we arrange to have a shipping company pick up the jacket at the hotel and ship it to our house in Canada. Unfortunately we tried two companies and they would not let us pay from our Canadian address to have something picked up and shipped from the US. We called the hotel to ask if there is another alternative. The person we spoke to said they would ask the manager. So far we are waiting for a reply

Right across the street from Cracker Barrel. A little bit of a drive off interstate to find hotel. Full breakfast. Friendly staff. Elevator very small. Comfortable bed but pillows are in need of replacement. Bathtub faucet extremely hard to turn. Probably needed a wrench. Weak water stream and took several minutes to warm up. Unable to take tub bath as result. But shower was nice after water warmed up. No pool or hot tub but price was good.

Very happy!

It was wonderful, no complaints. Maybe a suggestion....a bath mat or some kind of cushioning in the jacuzzi. We are already making plans to come back in the near future.

Very nice hotel, the staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful. The price of the room was extremely affordable. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast that was offered.My only complaints would be there was only one cart to haul luggage, and I think the bathrooms could have been cleaned a little bit better. I could see soap scum on the shower walls and the caulking looked like it had mildew. Otherwise everything was very nice, clean and comfortable. We will stay there again.

We were in town for a swim meet and needed a comfortable place to sleep. Our stay was great. The staff was helpful and kind. Terry opened up breakfast early for us and another young man whose name I didn't catch (dark hair and mustache) was also quick to help us. They went above and beyond and we are grateful!

Toledo Stopover

Room was comfortable and clean. Sofa sleeper was a bit worn, but other furnishings were nice. Nice breakfast included. Very good value for a one night stopover. Easy access to Ohio Turnpike.

We loved our jacuzzi suite! The walk-in showe with 3 water heads was so relaxing. Traffic noise wasn't an issue being so close to I-75. Walking distamce to restaurants. Nice, hot breakfast included.

Overall, I would give this rating. A five star was so comfortable. They had a great breakfast. They had a workout center a business area. The beds were amazing. The shower didnā€™t have the greatest pressure, but it was a very nice stay unfortunately during our stay there was a switch in ownership so it made the credit card hold and wait a little longer but other than that, I would give it a four star I would give it a five star if I didnā€™t have the issues I did with the charges
