the room had a smell of cigarette. It seemed like a previous guest might have smoked in the bathroom as that room smelled the strongest. Management was very concerned when I let them know so I trust they will manage it for future visits.

Super friendly staff that went above and beyond, hotel is very clean and the pool and hot tub were clean and nice. There is adult pool hours 10pm-12am but both nights we were there, the adults that went in there didn’t know how to act in public to say it nicely and also had alcohol in the pool area

Enjoyable stay

Really enjoyed the overall experience. Hotel called to confirm that we required the accessible rooms reserved as they were reaching sold out status. When we arrived the staff on duty were extremely helpful. Room was spartan in its furnishings but in good repair. One extremely useful feature was the window shades which blocked out the sunlight and reduced the noise from outside. While there were no restaurants in the immediate vicinity the front desk had a list of many restaurants that were actually quite close. I could not use the pool and hot tub because of my physical condition but it looked excellent. Really enjoyed the stay and will choose this location again

Good location but rooms not maintained. Ac/heater was ticking loudly like a time bomb, so badly we ended up turning it off even though it was cold. Mentioned this to staff and got a meh. Didn't even offer to take off room cost. Room down the hallway was clearly smoking weed even though room agreement said no. Hot tub and pool nine although when we were there the kids were screaming so loud we left. Oblivious parents, can't entirely blame hotel but it was at a roar, not normal kid level.
