If your in town for a short period, this is a good place to use. Host pays attention to the small details. I will use this place if available whenever I am in town.

Cozy stay with interesting location

The place itself was very nice and well maintained. It seemed very clean and homey. It has a fully furnished kitchen too! The area that the place was at was very interesting, especially at night. Lots of sirens and loud cars. The walls were pretty thin so you could hear everything. Other than being able to hear all of the noise outside, we had a great stay.

No warning on expedia that there were additional pet fees. Cost me extra $90 and they said dog was undisclosed when we said a pet was there. house wasnt very clean. lots of minor damages. very tight parking area.Very thin walls. Neighbor had dog barking all night.

Not worth the price! Privacy issues, can see neighbors bathroom from the bathroom, no black out curtains and lights are very bright in every room from the street. Blinds were broken. Black hairs in the tub. Room by the bathroom is cold, no window insulation. You can hear the neighbors downstairs like they are roommates. You share a washer and dryer with downstairs unit and if the cleaning crew are there they use it too. Sirens are loud at all hours, neighbors dogs barking. Springs coming through on the couch, coasters were dirty, stain on living room chairs, neither lamp had working bulbs in the living room, and exposed light fixtures. Wrong door code given initially, had to contact the owner to get in. Parking in the back is very tight/hard to maneuver. You can rent a whole house for less in the area!
