2200 square feet. Directly on the river with seasonal dock. 1/2 acre grassed backyard with a firepit, 2 private decks with lots of seating and a 180-degree view. 3 large common, fully stocked and equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms with 3 king size beds. 2 Full bathrooms and a full laundry facility with detergents provided. Outdoor patio area with seating for up to 12 and 2 private river view decks with seating for up to 12. There is a fire pit but we do not provide wood, this can be purchased from local grocery stores. 20 steps to the front door and 50 steps to the river dock. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please return all furniture to original spot.
Remove all food from fridge and freezer. All unopened drinks can be left for clesners.
Take all linens to the laundry are and keep all towels separate from bedding.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
