Front desk was amazing. We came during the holidays so cleaning staff wasn’t there for one of the days. But never came to remove the garbage from our rooms. We had to dispose of it ourselves. The breakfast was cute and fresh no complaints. It’s far from everything. Nothing really is around this hotel but we were there for business so it didn’t matter

Check-in was courteous and quick. The room was clean and comfortable. They even had fresh baked cookies waiting for us at the front desk when we returned from dinner. Thanks for welcoming us back to Brockport after being away for over 50 years. My wife and I went to school in Western NY State (Brockport and Buffalo). We fell in love and were engaged in Brockport in 1977. Our date night was spent in Wegman’s, sampling food (when Wegman’s had sampling). Thanks Hampton for a fun and memorable time in Brockport.

We really enjoyed the large room since we were a party of four. Spacious,comfortable, and enough breakfast offerings. The pool also looked nice even though we didn’t have time to use it.

Filthy hotel. Not at all like the Hampton Inns we have stayed at. Room was stinky and musty. Mold in the shower, no conditioner, phone was 100 years old. Terrible experience.
