The staff was friendly! The room very clean. The room was large with a big TV. It was wonderful to have a good size fridge with a freezer. The room was well stocked with silverware, plates, cups, glasses... There was a brand-new dishwasher. However, some of the bathroom fixtures need to be repaired. The bench was rusty and some of the towel bars need to be caulked to the walls. This was minor compared to how much we enjoyed our stay at this property! I highly recommend this hotel!!!

I was mostly happy with this property. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The area where this property needs improvement is in its condition. Both my kids got scratches on their toes from somewhere in the pool which tells me that the pool may need some maintenance or cleaning. Our bathroom door lock was also broken upon arrival and the vent nearest our entry door had fallen out of the wall and was on the floor when we arrived back from being out to the Imagination Station. None of this kept us from having a nice time, but were some points of feedback.
