My room reeked of tobacco smoke; I could not sleep. And also, the toilet was leaking raw sewage water after every flush, and I ended up stepping in it with socks on, which was totally gross.

The room was dirty and run down. A used towel from the previous occupant hung on the bathroom door. The place was loud and the front deck check-in lady was not nice. She told us to go outside so we didn't hold up the line and we were the only people in the "lobby" on a cold winter night. We couldn't wait to leave and regretted our choice of lodging.

I've been in this hotel room for 5 days I'm kind of in a situation where I have no choice but I have been asking these people to replace this microwave for all five days and no one has tried to replace the microwave as a matter of fact is always somebody else's job so I took the microwave out of the room put it at the front desk

I could smell the cleaning products, which for me is everywhere. The hallway was spotless, my room was spotless. I had a great experience. This was the best M6 that I've stayed in, because of this one I won't be as hesitant to try another one. I will return to this one. This one should be an example for the others.

Steve and his crew are wonderful! They are very accommodating and so nice! Rooms are clean. The only complaint I have is the tv stations are on the wrong channel. Like Disney is supposed to be a certain channel and it’s on a different channel but other than that, it’s a great place to stay!
