I had no issues with my room. Everything was clean and space was enough. I was told my reservation was canceled upon arrival and had to pay a higher price which I did not like. Breakfast really didn't have many options. Had coffee and toast.

Todo estuvo excelente, mi reconocimiento en especial a Denisse quien proporciono un servicio excepcional. El único pero es una empleada que ni siquiera llevaba identificación, quien fue extremadamente grosera y prepotente, fue a mi habitación a tocar como policía judicial, decía que venía a checar el "Status de mi habitación" pero faltaban 2 horas para mí check out. Me enojo mucho, hice mi maleta y decidí irme antes por esa grosería.

La habitación olía mucho a humedad, también por la madruga de la nada se empezó a escuchar un ruido y una vibración, se paraba y prendía cada 10 minutos y este ruido ya no me dejó dormir tranquila pero era más mi sueño que no quise reportarlo por que iba a tener que esperar a que me lo solucionaran por la madrugada y los platos del desayuno no me gustó que fueran mu pequeños y hondos ya que no peores comer cómodamente Es la primera vez que presento un problema así en un City exprés
