La temperatura del agua de la piscina está muy bien, pero tenía muchos mosquitos y grillos, además de algunas hojas. La cantidad de la comida en el desayuno es buena, pero no sé si por sacarlo rápido, no lo cosan bien. El personaje amable, pero en Internet no funciona. Hay que checar los agujeritos que tienen porque los animalitos se meten a las habitaciones.

El agua de la piscina no es caliente, pero tampoco está tan fría. Me gustaría que tuviera más opciones de desayuno, que las camas fueran menos duras, y que el internet abarcara más zonas del hotel, pero en general el personal es muy amable y el lugar es muy cómodo y tranquilo para descansar.

Tratamos de hacer el check in en la noche (es de las 10:00 pm ) no había nadie en recepción, casi nos quedamos sin cuarto. El desayuno no empezó tiempo y tuvimos que irnos , había una cucaracha en el cuarto y los colchones estaban terribles , no es la calidad de un hotel de 3 estrellas Como se anuncia es engañosa las fotos está todo descuidado . Es de 1 -2 estrellas cuando mucho

Un internet pésimo, llegué por motivos de trabajo ocupaba internet y la recepcionista Lupita en lugar de apoyar a resolver por servicio al huesped, con una actitud bastante desagradable me sugirió irme mejor a otro hotel, era imposible moverme por la hora, trabajé en un rincón, lleno de cajas e incómodoyo adapte yo el lugar, aunque las habitaciones tienen escritorio no llega la señal de ninguna de las redes que otorgan. El agua de la alberca helada y en general limpio pero el hotel ya viejo.
