It's a hidden gem, a castle that overlooks the lake. The staff were wonderful, full of smiles and always accommodating to our needs, specially the owner Juan Carlos. When our ride was unable to take us back to Mexico City airport, Juan Carlos took the initiative to drive us there. Thank you again.

Muy buena atención por parte de la administración, siempre estuvieron pendientes de cualquier petición que le hicimos, es un lugar ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, algunas habitaciones tienen una vista dignas de una postal!!

Una habitación muy sencilla, aunque para el precio deberían de poner mejor calidad en detalles como shampoo, jabón etc. En cuanto al restaurante, la comida muy buena y el servicio también.

El lugar no está mal pero si le hace falta mantenimiento a todos los niveles , en cuanto a la atención no tengo queja el personal muy amable y atento , con referencia al cuidado covid-19 todos los empleados están comprometidos y acatan las normas de sanidad excepto el administrador al que ví durante el tiempo que estuve hospedado y quién atiende por las mañanas la recepción y nunca lo ví con cubrebocas , porque ? Solo el sabe la razón , pero considero una falta de respeto para quien estamos hospedados en el hotel ya que todos pero TODOS usamos cubrebocas excepto el y al parecer no le importaba en lo más mínimo , si eso se corrige sería magnífico ,, la comida buena , buen sabor , buena atención, la chef muy comprometida con su trabajo ya que era cocinera y mesera alismo tiempo mis felicitaciones , mejoren esos detalles , si así consideran lo consideran sino sigan siendo del montón , saludos

Terrible estancia

La habitación con mucho polvo en muebles y piso, al hacer check in ni siquiera piden una identificación por seguridad del huésped. El colchón del cama en mal estado, las cortinas con mucho polvo, había telarañas en las paredes y techo de la habitación, cuando reservé no había ningún comentario del hotel que es un establecimiento que acepta mascotas, había dos perros ladrando en todo momento lo que causaba molestia y aún más en la madrugada. Pésimo servicio , no regreso…

Maravilla

El lugar es muy bonito, ofrece una privacidad y un aislamiento del resto del poblado, la cabaña es una mezcla perfecta entre lo rústico lo moderno, la cama es muy cómoda con cobijas y sabanas frescas, el sillón es increíblemente cómodo, me encanto que tuviese SKY, se puede desayunar en la terraza, te permiten llevar tu comida, prácticamente son flexibles en todo! Super recomendable, lo unico que quizá yo sugeriría es tener una especie de tienditas o bien que te contacten con restaurants que te lleven la comida al cuarto pero debo señalar que el administrador si te recomienda lugares y te deja pedir a la habitación desde fuera, también climatizar un poco la alberca, pero eso no le quita que con calor se disfruta muchísimo! Le doy un 10 de 10 a todo. Volveremos

La alberca nos dijeron que estaba cerrada por la contingencia, nos habilitaron el jacuzzi pero en un horario muy reducido, argumentando que no se podía hacer ruido porque era zona residencial. Al día siguiente a las 3 de la mañana había otros huéspedes ebrios gritando y tomando en el área de la alberca que no nos dejaron dormir y no les dijeron nada. Rompieron una botella en el acceso a mi habitación y no lo atendieron. No pudimos dormir, olía a alcohol y pedí que nos dejaran salir al menos una hora después pars poder descansar y me dijeron que no. Poca atención, poca amabilidad y muy caro. No me quedaría de nuevo
