苫小牧市民会館に近くメインの通り沿いにあり、繁華街にも近く立地が良かったです。 スタッフの方は親切でした。 お部屋の清潔感もありましたが、少し洗面台に劣化が見られたのが残念でしたが、快適に過ごせました。

安かろう悪かろう

夏の繁忙期の宿泊だったためか、価格と内容のバランスが取れていないように感じた（とは言っても周辺のホテルと比べると安かった）。一部リフォームされている階もあるようだが、私の宿泊した部屋は設備が古く（ユニットバスだけはリフォームされていた）、とても快適とは言えなかった。もう一度宿泊するのは躊躇してしまう。
