Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Load & run the dishwasher. ALL trash in bins. Extra charge for bags that don't fit. Strip beds & leave linens on top.
Thermostats to 77 (cool) on summer & 68 (heat) on winter. Oven cleaned (if used) to avoid a $25 fee. Furniture out of place will be an additional $25 fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
