I can’t say enough about my stay at Huddy House. My room was just beautiful, so tastefully decorated, meticulously clean and very well appointed. The full hot breakfast included with my reservation was delightful and delicious, with an amazing selection of teas and tasty dishes. I booked a stay due to being out of state and dealing with a family member’s hospitalization and relished retreating to this special space each evening. Many thanks to Ms. Vickie for being such a generous and attentive host!

Staff were very friendly, and great change of pace from the usual hotel experience. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, even to my high standards. The breakfast scones were the best i have ever had.

Great experience in a beautiful historic home with antiques in every spot. Accommodations very comfortable and hosts wonderful. Breakfast with delicious scones and quiche at the Mathis House was wonderful and special.

The owner was hands on, very accommodating. There was a large classy sports bar/restaurant across the street with exceptional food and televisions everywhere for U.S. sports fans. Absolutely loved my stay and will be back!
