Set behind a gated entrance in the sort after village of Horsmonden, this stylish 2-bedroom home features light filled calming interiors, a private decked garden, and views over vineyards. Ideal for couples, families, friends, wedding guests or remote workers.

Under 1 hour from London by train, and perfectly placed to explore vineyards, countryside walks, the Kent coast, and historic Tunbridge Wells.

Tamarin is accessed via a busy road but it's tucked-away and is very private.

The house accommodates up to 6 guests.
The base rate covers 4 guests.
Each additional guest is £30 per stay.

Pets are welcome; £20 per pet, per 2 night stay! £50 per pet, per 1 week stay. For stays longer than a week, please contact us directly.We love welcoming well-behaved furry friends (Limit 2). Please let us know in advance.
The garden is fully fenced. We kindly ask pets stay off beds and furniture, and that owners clean up after them.
Any extra cleaning or damage may be charged after checkout.

The windows and doors are fitted with privacy film, professionally installed to maximise light and maintain an open, contemporary feel. The film prevents visibility from outside during daylight hours.
Please note that, like all privacy films, it does not provide privacy at night when interior lights are on. For full privacy in the evening, guests should use the blinds.

The house is situated along a busy road, so you may hear some traffic during peak times.
That said, the property is set back and nicely secluded, offering a sense of privacy.

You're just a 2-minute walk from the village green, local shops, and a charming pub, so everything you need is within easy reach while still having a private space to unwind.

There is no parking at the property. Plenty on road parking on Back Lane, 1 minute walk from the property. Even though Back Lane is not well lit up at night, it is very safe.
We never had a problem leaving our cars there during the day or at night.
