The Space:

Salt air drifts in from Banderas Bay, garden greenery frames every window, and a hammock sways in the outdoor space waiting for the kind of afternoon that has nowhere to be. This single-level home in the Matiari development, Nuevo Vallarta, is built for guests who want the Pacific coast close, genuine outdoor living at their doorstep, and a well-stocked home to return to after days spent exploring. The kayak is ready, the bikes are available, and open water is just a short drive away whenever the bay calls.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Six guests sleep comfortably across 2 bedrooms - 1 king bed, 2 single beds, and 1 sofa-bed - with 2 bathrooms to share. Room-darkening shades deliver solid sleep conditions no matter how late the evening runs. Each bedroom includes clothing storage, extra pillows and blankets, and a safe. Families traveling with young children will find the home already set up for them: a crib, Pack 'n Play/Travel crib, children's books and toys, children's dinnerware, and window guards are all in place.

 

Living space

Air conditioning keeps things cool and comfortable throughout the day - a genuine asset on Mexico's warm Pacific coast. The living area is easy to settle into: connect to Wifi, use the dedicated workspace if work follows you on the road, or simply unwind in front of the TV. A private entrance and self check-in make arrivals seamless, and building staff are on hand 24 hours a day for anything you need during your stay.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked for real cooking - refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, wine glasses, dishes and silverware, cooking basics, and barbecue utensils are all available. A dining table gathers everyone together indoors, while the BBQ grill keeps outdoor cooking in the mix for evenings on the patio. A washer and dryer handle longer stays with ease, and a laundromat is also available nearby.

 

Outdoor living

The patio or balcony, backyard, hammock, and outdoor seating give you natural places to slow down between adventures. Garden views hold the quiet from early morning coffee right through to unhurried evenings outside. When it's time to head out, the gear is already waiting: beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, snorkeling gear, bikes, and a kayak are all included for days along the coast or out on the water.

 

Resort access & facilities

Within the Matiari development, guests have access to a pool and gym, along with resort access to nearby facilities. Free parking on premises and free street parking make arriving and departing straightforward throughout your stay.

 

Neighborhood

Situated near Plaza Lago Real, the home puts restaurants, everyday conveniences, and local attractions well within reach. The beaches of Banderas Bay, the dining and market scene of Bucerías, and nearby golf courses are all a short drive away. The Tondoroque area carries a quieter residential feel - space to breathe between outings, with everything worth exploring along the Pacific coast comfortably in range.

 

This pet-friendly home is a strong fit for families, couples, or small groups - whether you're planning a few nights or a longer stay along the Pacific coast.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Before your arrival we will send you the information with your charter and regulations.



Upon your arrival, our staff will be pleased to welcome you at the reception for Check-In, available from 15:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m. After this time, check-in is not allowed, so please take your precautions.



If you need to check-in outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with the assistance you need and coordinate your arrival.



*Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be before 18:00 pm.



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host

You are just a short drive from the soft sands of Banderas Bay, elite golf courses, and the vibrant dining scene of Bucerías. With high-end shopping at Plaza Lago Real next door, Matiari is your ideal hub for a relaxing family getaway.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to move around the area and go to restaurants, visit stores and other attractions.



For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



The resort is a 15 minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



PET FRIENDLY

We love welcoming your pets and having them as part of your stay. Please note that a $50 USD pet fee will be applied to your reservation to cover the additional cleaning required after a stay with a pet. Any damages caused during the stay may incur extra charges if applicable. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the space in great condition.



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service, change of linens or laundry during your stay.



The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates from *1 to 4 guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 dlls per person per night. *



-The accommodation has a capacity of __6__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day. -Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
