Sleeping arrangements
Six guests sleep comfortably across 2 bedrooms - 1 king bed, 2 single beds, and 1 sofa-bed - with 2 bathrooms to share. Room-darkening shades deliver solid sleep conditions no matter how late the evening runs. Each bedroom includes clothing storage, extra pillows and blankets, and a safe. Families traveling with young children will find the home already set up for them: a crib, Pack 'n Play/Travel crib, children's books and toys, children's dinnerware, and window guards are all in place.

Air conditioning keeps things cool and comfortable throughout the day - a genuine asset on Mexico's warm Pacific coast. The living area is easy to settle into: connect to Wifi, use the dedicated workspace if work follows you on the road, or simply unwind in front of the TV. Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.
It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.
Before your arrival we will send you the information with your charter and regulations.
Upon your arrival, our staff will be pleased to welcome you at the reception for Check-In, available from 15:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m. After this time, check-in is not allowed, so please take your precautions.
If you need to check-in outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with the assistance you need and coordinate your arrival.
*Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be before 18:00 pm.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to move around the area and go to restaurants, visit stores and other attractions.
For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.
The resort is a 15 minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport.

PET FRIENDLY
We love welcoming your pets and having them as part of your stay. Please note that a $50 USD pet fee will be applied to your reservation to cover the additional cleaning required after a stay with a pet. Any damages caused during the stay may incur extra charges if applicable. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the space in great condition.
Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay.
