The Space:

Soft coastal air moves through open spaces as you ease into a slower rhythm, whether stretched out in the hammock or stepping onto the patio or balcony with a fresh cup of coffee. Garden views and quiet residential surroundings create a calm backdrop, while nearby beaches and local dining invite you out whenever you’re ready to explore. Evenings settle into easy conversations outdoors or relaxed time inside after a day along Banderas Bay.



Sleeping arrangements

The space accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms, with 3 beds and 1 Double Sofa-bed, along with 2 baths. Each room is designed for rest and convenience, with bed linens, room-darkening shades, clothing storage, and essentials provided. A crib and Pack ’n play/Travel crib are available for those traveling with little ones, along with children’s books and toys.



Outdoor living

A patio or balcony offers a comfortable spot to enjoy the garden view and open air. The hammock invites you to unwind, while a BBQ grill and outdoor furniture make it easy to spend unhurried time outside. A backyard adds additional open space, creating a relaxed setting for both quiet mornings and laid-back evenings.

Within the Matiari development, you have access to a semi-olympic outdoor pool, gym, and green trails, along with resort access to nearby facilities. These shared spaces provide options for swimming, staying active, or taking a leisurely walk. Beach essentials are included for days along the coast, and a kayak is available for time on the water.



Kitchen and dining

A full kitchen allows you to prepare meals at your own pace, with a dining table for shared breakfasts or evening meals. Whether you’re starting the day with coffee or returning after exploring nearby restaurants, the space supports both quiet moments and shared time together.



Everyday comfort

Air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable, while Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays or post-beach refreshes. The home also includes a private entrance, free parking on premises, and free street parking. Self check-in is supported by building staff available around the clock, and cleaning available during stay adds flexibility.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Before your arrival we will send you the information with your charter and regulations.



Upon your arrival, our staff will be pleased to welcome you at the reception for Check-In, available from 15:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m. After this time, check-in is not allowed, so please take your precautions.



If you need to check-in outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with the assistance you need and coordinate your arrival.



*Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be before 18:00 pm.



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host

You are just a short drive from the soft sands of Banderas Bay, elite golf courses, and the vibrant dining scene of Bucerías. With high-end shopping at Plaza Lago Real next door, Matiari is your ideal hub for a relaxing family getaway.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to move around the area and go to restaurants, visit stores and other attractions.



For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



The resort is a 15 minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



PET FRIENDLY

We love welcoming your pets and having them as part of your stay. Please note that a $50 USD pet fee will be applied to your reservation to cover the additional cleaning required after a stay with a pet. Any damages caused during the stay may incur extra charges if applicable. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the space in great condition.



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service, change of linens or laundry during your stay.



The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates from *1 to 4 guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 dlls per person per night. *



-The accommodation has a capacity of __6__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day. -Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
