garden, back gate opens to 7km of unspoilt dog-friendly beach. The entire property is step-free. It has been purposes built for wheelchair access throughout. There is a deck all around the property for easy access. There is no steps from the double garage into the property & out to the front & back yards.

Excellent location DISGRACEFUL host. We booked a three night stay for two people. The house has no oven so the bbq is the primary means of cooking. The large gas bottle for the bbq was not filled adequately for the duration and ran out. The host was notified and failed to provide a refill. No spare on location or provision organised to replace. The host wanted us to pay 114 cash for gas to be delivered, claiming their credit card was not able to be used. No replacement was organised prior to departure and we left unable to prepare meals. Only one frying pan in the house! On arrival the bbq was filthy along with all bbq tools rusty and dumped in a tray. The floors inside were wet, the microwave was a bio hazard and old dog poop was on the lawn. Overall this is a great location and excellent for pets, however the house is unkept. I dont recommend this property and it pails in comparison to other properties available in the area. An upsetting experience and the host ignored requests for any reimbursement of funds.

Property, location overall really good. Only thing i would say was outside was a little dirty and bbq unusable, quite dirty. Tried cleaning it but to no avail. Otherwise great place to stay

I was a bit disappointed with the upkeep of this Property ,No proper Oven ,No Wifi ,no Clicker for Garage ,Beds were of a poor quality and uncomfortable ,Shower and Bathroom Basins didnt drain properly ,there was Food left in the Fridge from previous Visitors ,there were Crumbs in the Drawers, old Pots and Pans,Barb e cue old rusty oily and no lighter ,dead Insects around ,outside of the House entrance had mould on the Weather Boards,the front Door was stained with marks, the place was a bit shabby overall, it had a lovely backyard and lovely Beach access ,it just needs some updating
