The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. Another bonus, was the room was really quiet. Having a restaurant attached which offered room service definitely enhanced our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Very good facility and in house restaurant was amazingly good. Main limitation was bathroom - a 3 foot vanity unit had a near unusable 6 inch sink ( design ??) and water pressure in shower was not enough to get away from the wall ( possiblly a poor shower head design ??).

We paid $60 for breakfast while we got a $50 voucher on the day to have breakfast at the coffee shop next to the hotel… if we knew it was a coffee shop breakfast style we would have gone elsewhere in the city.

We stayed here and got exactly what we had booked. We didn't utilise the restaurant, however the room was clean, tidy and well kept. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff very polite. Would definitely stay here again. The hotel itself was very central to the shops, gardens, restaurants and cafes.

Unfortunately, the self-closing doors were quite noisy if people left them to close by themselves which could be heard late in the evening and early morning. The restaurant was a little disappointing.

Ordered room service - food was poor: felt like frozen vegetables, plastic potato mash and tired chips cooked in stale oil. Room was fine with plenty of space and modern bathroom. Wifi desperately waiting for upgrade.
