The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog and the house laid out perfectly for our family. It is close to Washburn University which has a sidewalk all he way around it and is a good place to walk.

This property was perfect, close to our venue and all the amenities you could ask for. The most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on in a vrbo, very clean and plenty of room for all 6 of us. The house was amazing! I loved I could get my whole family under one roof! Every detail was noticed! The beds were the most comfy! The chocolate chip cookies were delicious! If we come back to Topeka we are staying here! Definitely recommend!

Volleyball tournament

This property was great! Roomy and clean and had all the extras in case you forgot something. We needed to be in Lawrence, KS for a volleyball tournament but all the hotels were booked. This was a much better option for us. It was a short drive to Lawrence and this was much better than a hotel.

The host Deb was very responsive and helpful with check-in. The house was clean when we arrived. There were also fresh baked cookies for us. We were in town for a wedding and needed an early check in for changing prior to our event, the host was very accommodating. ***One thing for the host to check out is a possible clogged plumbing vent as there is noise in the kitchen sink after flushing the downstairs toilet.
