Poor service / rude staff

My granddaughter’s heat went out so I paid for a room for 3 nights for her and the children (ages 6 and 3). The front desk clerk was rude. The room door had a huge gap (see photo). The next day she asked for a different room for safety reasons and was refused. She used a towel to cover the door crack and asked for more towels, but they never brought any. She asked to have her room cleaned because her daughter was sick on the bed, but they never showed up. They never even picked up the trash.

The Hotel is old and not well kept. In very bad shape. It is very cheap but I dont think it will stay open for too long.

Good place to stay

The hotel is dated, but the atrium is beautiful and the breakfast is awesome (including staff that actually served the food!). The room was comfortable and clean. The indoor pool and hot tub were in good condition. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful too. Great place to stay at a good price!
