This property is a tidy apartment building on Winter Street with three different apartments. This particular townhome unit is #3 and has its own driveway (parking for two vehicles, stacked) and private front & back door entry.

This is a ‘townhome’ style apartment with the entry foyer, living room, kitchen, full bathroom, and laundry on the first floor. Then upstairs you will find both bedrooms, a cozy reading area and a half bathroom. Total square footage approximately 1,200 (see floor plan photo for a better idea of the layout). The bedrooms offer queen beds, plus there are two full-size sleeper sofas; sleeping 5-6 guests comfortably (if needed). Our high-speed internet allows guests to work/study from ‘home’.
