I booked a few hours before check in. Since they had online/no contact check in (which i have done before in several other properties) i thought this would be a breeze. Unfortunately not. I sent the deposit, communicated my expected time, and when i arrived at the unit, the door was locked, and i couldnt contact the girl that i initially talked to anymore. I was late for 10min because there were police/firemen at the lobby (for another unit). The check in is at adjacent unit. When we were allowed to go up, the instruction was go there and the door would be unlocked, I waited for 15 minutes but no response. I had to book another hotel instead. They didnt contact me again. Money and deposit wasted. Felt like a scam tbh.

Worst place ever to stay. I do not recommend at all. Not professional, not helpful, must give a $600 e transfer for deposit with no guarantee of getting it back. No physical person at check in. Do not stay here ever. Bad experience

Couldn’t check into my room. Asked for a $600 cash deposit sent to a sketchy email address. Never ended up getting into my room and was stranded down town toronto. Hoping I get my money back for this terrible experience. I hope this prevents people from booking with this property.

I booked. Looked like a nice place to stay. Didnt realize until after booked that this was all a scam. I was told by some besides expedia via text to complete and verify my reservation. Then i got two additional text messages by two random numbers about the property i booked. Which one of them stated i needed to pay a damage fee of $600 via Zelle. I have never in my life paid and damade fees via CASH so i told them borh via text message i belive they are scammers and nevermind i will find somewhere else to stay.Scam dont do it.

Condo ended up being nice. Just such a hassle to check-in in with all the information being needed before hand then the etranfer damage deposit was kinda unnerving. Overall turned out positive . Just did not expect all the preliminary process

Most importantly the free parking, omg we saved $50 a night lol. We had the most amazing view this was the best place I’ve sleeve stayed in downtown Super clean and the kitchen has everything we saved a lot cuz we got to cook whatever we want n throw dishes in the dishwasher

I really liked this place. Our room had a most beautiful view, lake view. Everything was walkable to us. We were there for an event and had to check in early and we were allowed to check in early. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and save money Also staff and management were very nice and helpful. Definitely Recommending this place for staying downtown Toronto

The location is fantastic—so close to everything, and the view was absolutely breathtaking! Having free parking was definitely a huge plus. The team was incredibly kind and accommodating; they even gave us an early check-in and a late checkout since we were in town for a concert. Thank you so much for making our stay so smooth and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back
