The modern 1.5 years old detach home with 3-story. Everything is new and clean. Designed by a designer and many feature walls that make the home unique and interesting.

Main floor: There are living room with huge cloud sofa for entertaining, kitchen and Island for more cooking space and all appliances ready for you to cook. Dinning area next to the big window. And the working space to work on your computer conveniently. 2 entrances on different sides of the house. One is to access directly to the side yard and BBQ from the kitchen and entertainment area.

Second floor: The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom comes with free standing tub and glass shower for your oasis spa-like at home. And the direct access to huge balcony with furniture to enjoy and relax with the whole family.

Third floor: 2 other bedrooms with a bathroom and a laundry area.

There are 3 parking spaces for the convenient of get in and out of property.
