The style and decor is very unique and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Loved the large soaker tub! Would definitely stay here again or recommend to a friend.

The lobby is beautiful and overall the room is really comfortable and nicely appointed. For the price though, complimentary coffee and tea should be included in your room. Most people look forward to enjoying one or both at night or in the am. The mini bar was well stocked but those two items should be gratis or if they can’t be offered to the level that the property likes to maintain then at least offered as a complimentary service in the lobby. Most properties at this level have something.

We enjoyed our recent stay at the hotel. Its location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The room was comfortable and quiet, providing a good night's sleep. However, we found the bathroom layout a bit inconvenient with the toilet and shower areas separated and lacking a sink in the toilet area. Despite this minor issue, we had a pleasant stay overall and look forward to returning.

The Ace Hotel outdid themselves all around. The staff were so incredibly kind and sweet. The facilities were beautiful. The location is perfect for exploring and the rooms were quiet, clean and cozy. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.
