Place was overall nice, amazing views. Could use some work however, its a little beat up. Only thing i didnt like was that we couldnt check in on time due to it not being ready. However we were sent a text the night before check out stating that if we werent out and keys turned in within 15 minutes of check out time we would be charged a late fee.

We booked this apartment based on the listing, which stated it could accommodate 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and an additional “bedroom area” with a mattress. As a group of 5, this seemed suitable.When we arrived after midnight, we found there were 2 bedrooms and a living room. We did not find a separate enclosed or clearly designated “bedroom area” as described in the listing. A mattress was present, but there was no obvious space set up for it.After contacting the host, we were advised to move a glass table and place the mattress on the floor. Given the late hour and the setup required, this was not workable for us.We contacted VRBO support and received a partial refund after the stay was not completed. We ultimately chose to leave around 3 AM and book alternate accommodations.This review reflects our experience so future guests can make an informed decision based on the sleeping arrangements and layout.

Nice but needs some help

First want to say the host was extremely responsive and very detailed for the stay. The place was nice but several things were broken in the condo. The second shower was broken, one of the beds kept breaking, the pull out sofa was a little broken (extremely uncomfortable), the ironing board was broken, one of the bedroom windows was broken. The linens also didn't seem fresh and new. I would have expected nicer bedding for a VRBO and a little more comfort with the sofa and beds. The place was greatly located and was nice but the stay could have been so much more comfortable with the above problems. The host was very accommodating with providing/delivering the coffee maker and did offer to pay for half of a mattress to help the sofa bed more comfortable. It was a holiday weekend we stayed and we just dealt with everything and made the best of it. The place did need a deep cleaning (rug was dirty, sofa wasn't the best and the towels and bedding were old and and a little stained). Also there was a distinct smoke smell from someone smoking. We did enjoy the stay but the place was somewhat disappointing for a VRBO.
