My family just went here for a "staycation"last night for my son's 7th bday. Value 5/5. This is the first hotel I've seen equppied with a large fridge and kitchen. Our room had 3 beds all together and we are a family of 5. There are 2 pools but we opted to goto the Pool connected to the Sheridan. We were on the first floor room 7126 and the walk to the pool was just around the corner and 2 minutes to get there max. Only issue I had was that guests adjacent to our room were loud betwee 1-2am. Overall I would come back here for another stay.

For this level of hotel, the rooms are decent though there’s no soundproofing so you hear any conversations in the hallway. It’s convenient to access Sheraton’s restaurant/bar without going outdoors. Lots of dining options nearby.

Staff were polite and kind. Room was so clean. The only thing buttered me a little bit was that there was no a bottle of water in the fridge and I had to use vanity for drinking. Overall, I keep this hotel on my list !

The location is great. The swimming pool and hot tub are really nice but unsupervised. People tended to be not following rules around the pool. There are kids jumping in and out of hot tibs. People opened the outside door of the swimming pool in freezing cold weather.

Asked me to put my card in the terminal to pay but couldn't tell me what for, asked 4 different questions before figuring out what they wanted and how much. If you can shower in 80 seconds you'll have hot water, otherwise no hot water. Next morning there's an extra 26$ charge on my card and the front staff weren't happy I asked about it, couldn't tell me what it was and couldn't give me a receipt for the deposit or the extra 26$. They suggested I just wait and see if it goes away. Perfect.
