Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Parties/Events are prohibited and will attract fines of $2,000 or more.
If long stay cleaning will be done every two weeks, and will attract the cleaning fee x number of times to clean
Do not entertain the exceeded number of guests allowed at a stay. We use a noise monitoring device that tracks volume decibels.
