• Our standard check-in time is 2:00 pm. Unfortunately, we don`t have luggage storage facilities on-site. If you arrive before 2:00 pm and need to store your luggage, we recommend using Bounce Luggage Storage which is located at Circular Quay. If we have guests checking out on the same day at 10:00 am, we will not be able to accommodate an early check-in. We will always do our best to prepare your room as soon as possible although getting the apartment cleaned properly & preparing it for your stay is our number one priority.
Feel free to contact us in advance to let us know when you will be arriving to the property so we are better prepared.
Note: We may be able to accommodate early check in, as long as the booking before isn`t checking out on the same day.
LATE CHECK OUT
• Our standard checkout time is 10:00am. Unfortunately, we don`t have luggage storage facilities on-site. If you have a late flight and need to store your luggage, we recommend using Bounce Luggage Storage which is located at Circular Quay as many other guests have used this before.
If we have guests checking in on the same day at 2:00pm, we will not be able to accommodate a late checkout.
Note: We may be able to accommodate a late checkout, as long as the booking after isn`t checking in on the same day.
DURING YOUR STAY POLICIES SO YOU CAN ENJOY A CLEAN & RELAXING HOME.
• We supply 1 towel per person and no extra bed linens, tea towels, or hand towels. • You could bring your own towels as we don’t provide extras even for long stays.
• Strictly NO SMOKING: This is a non-smoking property. Any breach will incur a $500 AUD
• Strictly no pets allowed. A $500 AUD penalty applies for any violation.
• It is Australian law that whenever a fire inspection is on, we must allow the inspectors access. This happens twice a year in the morning on a random weekday. All guests must accept this as a possibility.
PARTY, NOISE AND ANY VIOLATIONS
• Absolutely NO PARTIES! Please don’t be noisy after 10 PM. Breach will incur a $500 penalty fee and may result in immediate removal and additional cleaning charges.
• Excessive noise or violations of any of the terms of this agreement will be grounds for immediate termination of occupancy.
DAMAGES, LOST KEYS, AND LOCKBOX
• If you notice any damage to the apartment which could be caused by previous guests, please take a photo of it from 3 different distances and send to us through email.
• You accept responsibility for any damages caused during your stay.
• If you accidentally break anything in the apartment during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible.
• If you lose a key, the host will arrange a locksmith to change the locks at your expense which could equate to more than USD 700 (seven hundred USD).
IMPORTANT:
• Failure to obey house rules will result in immediate booking cancellation and eviction.
• There is always a chance of construction nearby our properties and we aren’t given notice prior. If this happens during your stay, we are unfortunately not able to compensate as it is outside of our control. We also cannot be responsible for building or street-wide power outages that are out of our control (extremely rare).
