It really is family friendly property. I saw quite a few children and youth, but they were not running around the property making noise. There was far less noise and disruption than you find when you are in the same hotel as a couple of hockey teams. There isn't a great deal in the immediate area, but there are restaurants and shops not too far away. The room was nice, clean and well equipped. I will definitely stay there again.

Best staff ever since check in that only took 5 min, clean room, clean micro fridge etc, they also provided all that we asked towels etc, close to shopping supermarket etc. Party of 4, great place to stay , safe area. Quiet rooms , 5 stars.

I highly enooyed this as an option to stay vs in toronto especially bc the go statuon was a 2 min drive and 40 min bus drive into the city. It is more convenient staying outside the city and lots of food options around that stay open late. Also loved the facilities and parking included was awesome! Since it was a studio there was a nice updated mini kitchen that we didnt use but if needed to can. Only downside was the fridge had a but of a smell due to whoever last stayed but it wasnt too big of a deal since we only kept drinks in there. It was a nice stay and i would recommend this option for more budget friendly way of going into toronto 😊

I gave the “staff and service” a low rating, but the staff we interacted with were great. However they had the same person working for over 12 hours, on a very slow system, and only one person was able to check people in to their rooms. We waited over an hour to check in to our room, and there were only 2 people ahead of us. We were so upset we wished we just drove home instead. We even ordered a pizza while in line and it arrived while we were waiting. After a long and exhausting day, the last thing you want to do is wait in a line. The staff was very kind and apologetic, but something is very wrong with their system. Also, a car had their windows smashed in overnight, so that was unsettling.
