Summary:

Note - The main front entrance hallway is shared with other tenants in the home, including the 3rd-floor unit and the basement. This unit is located on the 2nd Floor.



IMPORTANT: Water pressure may occasionally be lower during peak times due to shared property usage.



Parking is available at the rear of the house for an additional fee. The cost is $60 per month and must be arranged in advance. Please let us know if you require a spot.
