booked the hotel and made sure a tub/shower was available - shower handle did not work and tub drain did not hold water. promised to have it fixed on Saturday but it was not done and another room was not made available - was told to call back and possibly a discount would be given - not done - very disappointed

I stayed here this march break weekend. Although the staff, reception, cleaning staff were all super kind and courteous, unfortunately the hotel was less desirable. The entire weekend, I had to speak to the front desk regarding the noise. The noise level could not be contained as the walls are literally paper thin. Something as simple as an alarm on a phone could be heard, conversations next door and music. The rates were cheap but the experience was terrible. I barely slept and could hear everything, even a toilet flushing. If you value a quiet space to sleep and not be disturbed, do not stay here. I read the reviews and now I totally understand what the person meant. There is a reason why this hotel is cheap.

I was in town for a family death. I had booked an open flight and hotel thru the 6th because I didn’t know how long I would be staying. Expedia and the hotel were gracious to see to it that I was refunded the two nights I didn’t require - even though I had prepaid.

Won’t stay here again. Breakfast area is tiny and cold as it is located right where people are entering and exiting the building. Rooms are dark, especially with a light bulb burnt out. Toilet paper holder falling off wall. Staff wasn’t overly friendly.
