Furnished private basement with a Queen size bed in bedroom, a single bed in the den and sectional Futon (which reclines into a bed) in the living room. This unit includes a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a bistro dining that sits three to enjoy cozy meals, a washer-dryer, and a work/study area

Surely a well-lit, spacious, yet cozy and private space you would enjoy. if you do not like clutter, this is the space for you!

Parking can be provided on request.
The space
Furnished finished basement all to yourself, with a Queen size bed, a twin/ single bed and sectional Futon/sofa in the living room. This unit includes a kitchenette which comes with a stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils, a kettle and microwave oven. The bistro dining set sits three to enjoy cozy meals. The washer dryer in the unit is not shared and guarantees privacy. An uncluttered separate work/study space has been provided if there is need to work from home. A well-lit, spacious, yet cozy and private space you would enjoy.

There is a space heater that has been provided for those who may like a little warmer.

Please note that my family lives upstairs and there may be sounds from the children sometimes. This may not be the ideal place for you if you are looking for an absolutely quiet space.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the basement through a separate entrance on the side of the building. Facing the building, the side entrance would be on your right. A code will be provided. Please ensure you have selected the right number of guests as there is an additional charge.

Parking
One parking spot can be provided. If you would let me know ahead of your arrival if this would be required, I’d be happy to make provision. I will not be responsible for any parking ticket obtained as a result of parking on the street.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
