The neighborhood is very family friendly and in walking distance to Erin Mills Town Center. Close to everything you would ever need and more. A great place for newcomers or business trips. Perfect for a working professional looking to stay for longs stays. It is a walk out seconds away from stores like Loblaws. Close to The Hospital and Great for seniors because there are no stairs.
The space
It is a very elegant space with neutral tones inspired by the external brick. We tried to create a space that has texture by using a leather couch and leather chairs. There is a Tv with a chrome cast so feel free to watch Netflix or Youtube or anything else. There is plenty of storage space and is perfect for couples. One bedroom independent Townhome . very Quiet and safe area close to all amaneties bus stop at the corner.

The Tv does not have cable but it has a chrome cast so you can put Netflix or YouTube and cast it to your tv. You can put you phone or even a laptop screen onto the tv.
