YOUR PRIVACY, GUARANTEED
The main and upper floors are exclusively yours — no shared spaces, no other guests. The basement and garage are owner storage and stay locked, and there are no tenants and no one else on site, ever. The home is yours alone.

Minutes to Hwy 410 & 407: every banquet hall, gurdwara, mandir, church, and venue in the GTA is one easy drive, and Pearson is ~25 minutes for arriving family. A neighbourhood park in walking distance. Halal and Indian markets, sweet shops, groceries, and restaurants minutes away.

THE PART HOTELS CAN`T DO
Your venue owns six beautiful hours. This home owns the rest of the week — arrival-night hugs, slow breakfasts, the getting-ready morning with everyone in one frame, the day-after debrief where the stories get told. Our concierge is on call around the clock — guests call our responsiveness the best they`ve had (we`ve even arranged street-parking permits). You stay present with your people.

GOOD TO KNOW
A quiet residential retreat for your registered group of up to 12 — celebrations happen at your venues; the rest and reunion happen here. Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM. Three exterior security cameras only (front door, driveway, backyard) — never inside. Quick ID verification and a short rental agreement after booking. Pets welcome on request (fee applies).
CELEBRATE WITH YOUR GROUP — THAT`S WHAT THIS HOME IS FOR. Toast the couple at dinner, cut a cake, enjoy the getting-ready morning, gather everyone you love under one roof. The rules below keep the home a private retreat for you — not a venue for outsiders.

REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. Max 12 overnight guests, all named on the booking. Anyone beyond your booked count — day visitors included — requires our written approval in advance. Unapproved visitors are a material breach of these rules.

YOUR PRIVATE RETREAT, NOT A VENUE. We can`t accommodate functions, receptions, ceremonies, open-invite gatherings, or commercial photo/film shoots — no attendees beyond your registered group, ever (Airbnb Community Disturbance Policy; City of Brampton by-laws). Guests attending celebrations at nearby venues are exactly who this home was designed for.

QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Brampton`s noise by-law applies at all times. No amplified music outdoors, ever.

PARKING: 4 vehicles, driveway only. Please keep neighbours` driveways and the street clear. Need more? Ask us about city street permits in advance.

NO SMOKING or vaping anywhere on the property. No illegal substances.

PETS: Welcome upon request with prior approval. Pet fee applies. Pets must not be left unattended and must stay off beds and furniture.

VERIFICATION: Government-issued ID and a signed rental agreement are required after booking (disclosed here per platform policy).

MONITORING: Three exterior security cameras operate at the front door, driveway, and backyard. There are no cameras inside the home. An indoor decibel monitor measures sound levels only — it never records audio or video.

ENFORCEMENT: Breach of these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, reporting to the platform, and recovery of fines, damages, and additional cleaning costs. Stays are licences to occupy, not tenancies, per our Terms of Service.
