☞ No loud noise or late-night activities after quiet hours 9 pm will be tolerant in the house. Any form of party or event activity is prohibited!
2 free parking spaces at the premise, and up to 3 at max upon request. No parking on street,especially prohibited to park by the side of the neighbor.
For any serious violation or neighbor complaint, the Police will be called for immediate eviction, and a minimum administrative fee of $1000 applies.

Thank you for your beautiful home. Clean, peaceful , quiet , have everything we needed.  White towels , just wishing the bedding was white.. but seems good quality uncomfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. Will definitely like to stay again…

Great place for family to stay!

The property is immaculate...Like New! We truly enjoyed our stay. Very clean, nice furnishings, lots of bedding and towels. Owner was quick to respond to all of our questions. Great location-close to shops and restaurants, easy access to the highways. Quiet neighborhood. Just a note, there are a lot of stairs in the property.

Great spot

The place was very clean and spacious, although I did reserve it because it was listed as being able to sleep 10. There was not a pull out couch that could sleep 2 people, and one of the couches would not sleep a tall person comfortably. We did enjoy our stay, but I think “sleeps 10” is a stretch.
