This property was at best, mediocre. The floors were not clean. We ended up wearing our shoes inside because our feet and socks were getting filthy, and the floors were sticky in spots. The shower drain in the main bathroom was so clogged that we had to turn the water off while we showered so that we weren't up to our ankles in water by the end of the shower. We ended up showing in the other bathroom because it was so bad. Also, there were dead batteries in the tv remote that e replaced ourselves. This is my second time renting with Global Stay and my second time being disappointed.

There is no daily cleaning service like a hotel. The in house washer and dryer was nice. I washed my towels every other day to have fresh towels. I did have to buy my own towels because the ones provided were small. I also bought my own dish scrub because the one they provided was clearly used. You’re expected to throw out the trash at the end of your stay. I recommend bringing your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They provided bottles that are used and not attached to a wall so in all honesty you don’t know what someone may have put in them. The view and location was great.

I had a great stay. The place is amazing, the location is great too. Right on the underground pathway and near groceries, CN and ripleys. The place is clean and had a great view. Well equiped as well. Oversll id recommend this place. Costuner service was responsive as well even after my stay.

The room was nice and the location was great. Check in was different than a hotel but communication was quick and easy. The rep who met me was friendly and even gave some tips about the area. The condo was big, and what we needed for space. It could use some updating and renovating though. Duct tape on the mirror, towel rack missing from the wall in the bathroom, paint scratches. The kitchen chairs were wobbly. Could use a little love. The noise from the highway was loud in the front bedroom. No noises heard from other units or people. The wifi did not work well….tv kept buffering and we could not watch a show. I would probably stay here again if I needed a place for a group or family. Overall good value. The view was beautiful!

The cheap box spring broke on the first night while I was sleeping. I immediately informed them of this and nothing was done to rectify the situation. Then after the stay they took my 200 dollar deposit and tried to run my credit card for another 200.
