2/10 Terrible

Don’t be fooled by the $200 lower price compared to nearby hotels-you’ll END UP LOSING that MONEY anyway! This place seemed nice and reasonably priced at first glance, it turned out to be the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had – I ended up paying the same amount as a regular hotel for a completely disappointing stay. After booking, I received an email asking me to pay a $200 DAMAGE DEPOSIT. I felt uneasy about it, but paid it anyway. When I arrived at the condo around 4 PM, the front desk staff told me they hadn't received my information and said I needed to contact the host directly. That’s when the real problems began. The host wasn’t answering any calls or messages. After waiting for quite a while, I contacted Expedia’s customer service, and only after about an hour did they manage to reach the host and finally let me into the unit. The unit looked similar to the photos, but upon closer inspection, the condition was terrible:The KITCHEN FAUCETwas already BROKEN and hanging loosely. The DRYER was FULL OF LAUNDRY from the previous guest. The sofa bed made LOUD CREAKING NOISES and felt UNSTABLE, making it uncomfortable to even sit on. The microwave had clearly been used by someone and was left in that condition
The curtains were carelessly hung. I called the host about these issues, but got no response. When checking out, I asked if anyone would come to inspect the unit. They told me just to leave. Now they said there're damages we CAN'T REFUND $200. This's a SCAM!
