The room is really nice, clean, great view. But, the TV remote was missing, there was no soap in the shower, only shampoo and conditioner. There wasn't any body lotion. The bed was comfortable, lots of good pillows. Good blackout drapes. The best part is to be able to stay onsite and avoid the traffic after the show.

When we arrived we waited about half hour to check in and in the middle of the one lady at the front desk she took off in the middle of getting a guest checked in. We were not told about greatest, we took some time to get our luggage very slow and casual. We were rushing for shuttle a lady in front of us had been waiting for her luggage bf us and she was trying to catch the shuttle aswell. She said they are very slow.
