The place needs better transportation links to the airport and downtown. Staff in the casino were rude and unfriendly in the bar that is to the right of the main entrance off hotel lobby. She looked like we were imposing when placing our order. How unwelcome. Never returning. The hotel itself is lovely but too far from any convenient transportation.

Loved the cleanliness and check in was easy! Would recommend staying especially if you plan to see a concert here, you can access the theater without having to walk/drive outside. Would stay here again!

Really nice room, racetrack view, supportive mattress and fresh new pillows. Walk in shower which I like. But - restaurant choices limited and had to go into casino to use them- casino busy and smelled of stale sweat and body odor. Wait staff in restaurant were uninterested in service and slow, had to ask for several things to get things going and other patrons were angry. Butter chicken dinner was delicious tho. Swimming pool was busy. Parking was free and easy in garage. Highway 427 is nasty and was the best route to get there- I would approach via 27 the next time. I was able to watch them exercise some beautiful horses in the early morning and I enjoyed the view immensely.

Did not follow up after 9 days. Charged resort fee after the fact. Wrong contact number given. Management refused cancellation and when we arrived. No soap. Someobe elses hair eveywherw. Curtains broken. Management made it worse with denials, deflectikns and condescension.
