Good value and conveniently located within a couple of kilometres of Pearson Airport terminals. Very busy when I was there, but staff patient and helpful, coped well. Surroundings are the airport support areas and not very appealing. Hotel is getting older, and an elevator -- one of only two -- was out of service, which was inconvenient with the large number of people checking in. The room however was quiet and clean.

We had a cat with us and needed to feed her. We arrived at the hotel around 1130 pm. Air canada lost our luggage that had her food. The clerk at the desk got us some milk for her so she was able to have something in her belly. It was greatly appreciated!!
