Upon arrivsl at Pearson airpory called the hotel for detsils as to where to catch the shuttle her english was poor so I had to ask seversl times after my second reqyest to tepeat instructions she hung uo on me fircung me to take a taxi fior 25.00 At the hitel she denied she hung up they refused to reimburse the 25.00 would not provde heir naes when i asked i'm freqyent yraveller and have silver staus at Hilton THIS IS THE WORST RUN HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT SHIUKD BE ZERO STARS

The room was clean, well appointed and the beds comfortable, although I wasn’t keen on the smell of the bed linen detergent used. The air conditioning was really noisy and blew quite a breeze that was cold at times, which wasn’t welcome. Hair dryer, ironing facilities, coffee machine and a decent large TV. The breakfast wasn’t great, the cooked offering was average at best, but there other continental style foods that were good. Airport transit runs every 30 minutes which is a plus

The room was clean, the staff were freindly. Perfect for a short stay. The little tuck shop in the lobby is super expensive though, bring your own snacks! Breakfast is included and was enjoyable, they have plenty of options for everyone.
