The room we were booked in has a shower area with wooden floor and a chair supposedly intended for elderly guests. We did not mind it but the water in the shower area after bathing came out around the toilet bowl and the lavatory. We need to dry it out or else we might slip.

Overall, a good stay..again..except not quiet.

Walls are thin. I could hear room below me--couple arguing, shouting. Room near stairwell. The door was heard opening, closing frequently.

The curtain over the air conditioning unit needs an extra 2" in length to provide decent black out conditions. Reception asked what they could do which was great. I asked for towels to cover the gap. They were never delivered as they indicated; I had to go down myself for them. Being a lower tiered reservation, we were placed beside the elevator on the 2nd floor. We hear noise from the pool below and the sports teams around us.
