Sink hole in the bed room 422 window side

The king size bed WAS HORRIBLE!!! The pillows were not good at all ! There was a big sink hole in the bed room 422 i slept on window side of the bed ... i understand there tearing it down this condo but they still need to check the beds ! Honestly i came for my birthday it was not a good stay

There is definitely better for the money right near this place. No pool towels. Lots of waiting. Pool area is very dirty. Slide has been out of commission for 2 years apparently. Stay at courtyard less then two min away. Brand new.

We stayed 1 night as a mini get-away. Room was great however the memory foam mattress was way over due for replacement. Felt like we were sinking into a hole. Both of use woke up with neck and back pain. Thankfully the breakfast buffet was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was there with my partner and we got a jacuzzi room so by accident I broke a wine glass beside the bed and I was trying to call the front desk but the phone didn’t work I had to go to the front desk let them know but they didn’t do anything I seen a great housekeeping lady and told her about it and she actually went down starts to get the other housekeeping lady to come clean it up but didn’t do a good job cleaning the room period which also we extended for another night. Plus the pool looked like they never clean the water just not a clean hotel plus our washroom the wall needed to be repaired also our key didn’t work we went down stairs 4 times. To change key. Over all 2 out of 10

The hotel was sufficient but not great. We had a person try to get into our room under the guise of a maintenance worker but was clearly not a maintenence worker. It was a bit sketchy and I would personally not stay there again.

Hilton is a hotel we book often this was a little old because the mattress were not great. when i booked Expedia cut in and took over my booking which i did not like. we should have choice to book with hotel direct or search again to get help to book. Expedia just took over. When you deal with Expedia you do not get a chance to change anything because you are not dealing with hotel and they cant make any changes. you do not get a check out bill because dealt with Expedia. Just not happy with this arrangements. What was good was the staff and the room was very clean and no carpets.
