I had 4 rooms booked at the Hilton our group consisted of adults teenagers and a child. I had made the booking in plenty of time yet they had the rooms spread across different floors. I had to ask for us to at least be placed on the same floor. Check-in staff managed to accommodate this. We went down to use the pool facilities and we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the actual pool. The dirt stained the side walls and the water was murky.We also used the shuttle bus to travel backwards and forwards to the terminals. We have huge concerns on the safety of the bus. As we travelled with flight crew they also shared our concerns it felt like the floor was going to give way, the air conditioning leaked all over the seats and the seats were moving on their fixings. The bus staff member was also very unhelpful and had a poor attitude towards travellers. A waitress also approached our group as we sat down to order our evening meal and demanded the ID of the young adults. We understand it is the staffs duty to check the age due to licensing laws but her whole demeanour was very accusing and made us feel unwelcome. We felt we were being watched and I had to speak to the restaurant manager. The childs meal was the last to arrive and by then others in our party had already finished their meal. The rooms were clean and we had plenty of room overall disappointed and have health and safety concerns on pool cleanliness and shuttle bus road worthiness

The check in was agonisingly slow. Why can’t you simply offer free wifi without filling in a form for it? Line of people waiting while I fill in something unnecessary just so you can hook more people up with rewards?? I’m an international traveller. Just give me my room so I can unwind and offer me free wifi without the hassle. I’ll be with you for less than 24 hours. Your faffing made me irritated. Interestingly, I stayed at the Hampton earlier in the month and it was so much better, simpler and straightforward. Plus the breakfast was included at the Hampton. I was disappointed that breakfast wasn’t included when I stayed with you. Very unlikely that I’ll opt for Hilton again. Not worth the hassle.

Nice hotel

I would stay again. We parked our car at the valet park n fly the night before and took hotel shuttle to airport. Lobby is nice place to get a drink and something to eat

Solid 3 star airport hotel. Complimentary shuttle service from airport worked great. They promptly pick up every half hour even at 11:30pm. Hotel itself was standard airport hotel. Tim Hortons and A&W within easy walking distance. Room was comfortable and clean enough. Feels like an older hotel that has been remodelled. Despite close proximity to airport, we could not hear any noise which was great.

Room was small, bathroom was very small, door opened to toilet and shower. There was no vanity, no standup mirror. There wasn’t a fold out suitcase rack. We ate at the restaurant, I got food poisoning from the salmon.
