You really need to put a comfortable chair or sofa in your rooms. The chair in the room we had was ridiculous in terms of comfort. Front desk staff could use some training on customer service and smiling and giving the illusion they are happy and care about your stay. The room itself was clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable. As it is an airport hotel it is quite noisy with people coming and going. Perhaps soft close doors would help. We have stayed here several times however after this stay I think we will seek another hotel. It is interesting to note that originally I contacted the hotel directly and they told me to go on line to book through Expedia or the hotel to get a better rate. I did do that and then was told on check in that Hilton Honors loyalty plan does not apply since we didn’t book direct. Seems like a policy that will not encourage people to stay with you. It was like we were second class guests. Also when we asked if water was provided in the room they advised only diamond members!!
