The service and check-in was fantastic. The staff was generally pleasant and happy to help with any request. During our two night stay, I was not expecting my room to be cleaned but I was pleasantly surprised when I returned to my room to find the maids had fixed the beds and replaced the towels. Since Covid, this service has gone by the way side and it was nice to feel treated again. This property was a close to Canada’s Wonderland and many dining options as well as several malls.

Best hotel and service I’ve had with my family.

Staff was very friendly from check-in/check-out and housekeeping staff. Pool was very clean and taken care of. Rooms were stocked with the good name brand hair/body products. The buffet style breakfast had very good options. Really enjoyed watching the pancakes be made with a push of a button.

Pro: the hotel was clean and staff were friendly, helpful. Cons: the breakfast didn’t have lots of option for vegetarians. They could also include more fruits in the breakfast buffet as there were only apples and orange in the fruit menu.
